Bootcamp starts at 8:30am unless otherwise specified.
Small Course Format 1.5 hour Bootcamp - Warm up and circuit style Workout of the Day with full group. Obstacle practice and training follows. Training varies week to week with practice on different elements, generally held on the small course.Open Run 2 & 3 hour Bootcamps - Run as many laps as you can within the time allotted on the course 2-3 miles in total. Course will be marked - however participants must be able to follow the arrows. Caution tape will be minimal. Use these camps to better your time on the course and train for other eventsFinal lap must start no later than 30-45 minutes before end of session and return to the parking area by end of bootcamp. Participants must have a phone if running along, groups must have one person with a phone on course.
Winter Hours - We strive to be open every Sunday, however weather and number of anticipated participants will dictate on occasion. 4 participant minimum - pre-registration may be available during winter months.
Run for Time or Take your Time - the choice is yours. COVID Check at gateCheck ins mandatory for safety - Cell Phone must be on person or minimum of one phone per group. Masks required (on hand) for social distancing if needed. Sanitizing stations available at challenge and obstacle sites
