Bootcamp starts at 8:30am unless otherwise specified.

Bootcamp Workouts - Workout of the Day with full/partial group. Training varies week to week - may include practice on different elements, generally held on course. Participants can choose to join the workout or or simply enjoy the Open Run (Workout details shared at each camp)

Open Run 2.5 hour Bootcamps - Run as many laps as you can within the time allotted on the course 2-3 miles in total. Course will be marked - however participants must be able to follow the arrows. Caution tape will be minimal. Use these camps to better your time on the course and train for other events
Final lap must start no later than 30-45 minutes before end of session and return to the parking area by end of bootcamp. Participants must have a phone if running along, groups must have one person with a phone on course.
